The Incident

On the 30th July 2024, our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) received an alarm trigger from a business in Bury.

James, the owner of the business, was in bed sound asleep at the time.

The Reaction

A camera trigger came through to Levi Cowan, one of the trained security agents in our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).

"My initial thought on seeing a person inside the premises was - we need to get them out. That's what led me to deploy ZeroVision."

Levi remotely deployed the ZeroVision smoke barrier and alerted the police.

The Result

"They cared - you're more than just a number to them. They did everything in their power to help me."

James said that everyone he spoke to before, during and after the incident had been helpful and said that Verisure's reaction likely saved tens of thousands of pounds of stock from being stolen.
