Verisure’s alarm systems are connected to a staffed Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) that monitors signals around the clock. If an alarm is triggered, trained professionals respond — not just an automated alert.

Their ARC typically responds in under 45 seconds on average when an alarm goes off, verifying whether it’s a real incident before taking action. If needed, they can dispatch a private security guard and/or contact emergency services.
