What services does Verisure offer?

Verisure Services (UK) Limited (“Verisure UK”) protects small businesses and families with home security systems and monitoring services. Some of the core services we offer include: 

• 24/7 detection, verification, notification and intervention by our SSAIB certificated UK-based Alarm Receiving Centre (“ARC”) following receipt of an alarm signal. Intervention can be notifying emergency services, dispatching private security guards or activating our ZeroVision smoke barrier, where appropriate.  
• Please note: 
  • We provide expert, professional recommendations tailored to your property as part of our quotation process. 
  • Our services are designed to detect, but cannot prevent, burglaries, fires, floods, threats to personal safety or any other emergency situations, from arising.  We do not offer insurance. 
  • We can send out security guards or contact the emergency services, in certain situations. We cannot guarantee their response times, nor that the emergency services will respond. 
• Easy day-to-day use for your convenience and security. You and your nominated users can control the alarm system easily using the keypad and the Verisure App. The Verisure App also lets you take and store images temporarily, download them, and use various intelligent features like automations.   
• Personal digital protection services. Some of Verisure’s services provide protection when you and other users are out-and-about, or at home.
