What happens when the alarm is triggered?

If the alarm is triggered, a notification is sent to the 24-hour alarm receiving centre, which receives images from the Verisure cameras. The siren may also be activated automatically.

The alarm receiving centre can also analyse the situation in real time by viewing live-streamed video and communicating with persons on the location.

If you are subscribed to Beyond Sight™, when the alarm is triggered the alarm receiving centre will also have access to Wi-Fi sensing data that can help identify movement outside of the range of the cameras in the system.

Our alarm receiving centre examines the information available in order to determine the best course of action. In the event of an emergency, we will notify the appropriate emergency services and may activate the ZeroVision device (if installed and in accordance with our applicable protocol). We also aim to contact our customer and/or named contact persons.
