Terms and Conditions – 50% Off Setup & Connection Fee Offer

From 24 February 2026 to 30 March 2026 (the “Offer Period”) Verisure Services (UK) Limited (“Verisure”) is offering a 50% discount of the standard setup and connection (installation, account activation and connection to Verisure) fee, for its Verisure alarm system and ZeroVision device (the “Offer”).

The standard setup and connection fee for the Verisure alarm system and ZeroVision device (“Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System”) is normally £1207 (VAT included). For the period of this Offer, it will be discounted to £603.50 (VAT included).

Monthly service fees are payable in respect of the Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Offer:

Installation of the Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System must be completed during the Offer Period;
This Offer can only be claimed with the installation of a Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System in a residential premises;
The Offer is only applicable to one Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System per household;
Installation must take place at the residential household of the individual entering into the services contract with Verisure;
This Offer is not redeemable in combination with any other promotion or offer;
The Offer is non-transferable and has no equivalent monetary value;
The Offer is not available to existing Verisure customers; and
Geographical restrictions apply.

Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity is required. You are responsible for ensuring such connections are in place, functioning properly and all associated charges are paid for in relation to such connections.

Verisure's service Terms and Conditions will apply to the Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System.

Terms and Conditions – Video Doorbell Installation Offer

From 31 March 2026 to 25 May 2026 (the “Offer Period”) Verisure Services (UK) Limited (“Verisure”) is offering free installation of an Arlo Video Doorbell (“Video Doorbell”) when you subscribe to a Verisure alarm system with a ZeroVision device (the “Offer”). This offer comprises of the following:

Verisure is waiving its standard setup and connection fee (normally £149 including VAT) for the Arlo Video Doorbell, for residential customers, when installed with a Verisure alarm system with a ZeroVision device (“Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System”).

Monthly service fees are payable in respect of the Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System, in addition to the £2.90 monthly service fee payable in respect of the Video Doorbell.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Offer:

Installation of the Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System and Video Doorbell must be completed during the Offer Period;
The Offer can only be claimed with the installation of a Verisure ZeroVision Alarm System in a residential premises;
The Offer is only applicable to one Video Doorbell per household;
Installation must take place at the residential household of the individual entering into the services contract with Verisure;
This Offer is not redeemable in combination with any other promotion or offer;
