At Verisure we are always happy to help and support you. The fastest way to get in touch with us is to simply start a chat on WhatsApp, our advisors are available 8 AM to 9 PM Monday to Friday and 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support Team at 0333 200 9000 from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

General
When your home alarm is activated, an alert immediately is sent to Verisure’s Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), which then contacts the homeowner or key holder and, if necessary, sends a Guard response. Verisure’s Alarm Receiving Centre is NSI Gold Certified.
Verisure has a team of security specialists who will travel to your home or business to carry out the process of alarm installation.
